To be eligible to apply for this visa the applicant
- Must achieve at least 60 points in skilled migration points test.
- Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through skill select system
- After receiving an invitation letter invitation submit a detailed application along with the required documents within 60 days
- be between 18 and 45 years of age
- Obtain positive skills assessment for the occupation of the applicant
- meet language health and back ground check requirements
